Cover page

The PDF can open with a company cover page. The cover is the company’s page. The app name is not printed on it.

• Company logo, scaled to fit and not stretched or cropped
• Front-of-house photo, separate from the report photos
• Accent color for the top band, section labels, rules, and photo border: black, red, blue, or green. Labels stay readable when the page is printed in black and white
• A fixed thank-you line. It is not a warranty or a certification
• The cover does not count as form item 10. Item 10 counts picture pages only

Official Arizona form

After the cover, the official Arizona form is unchanged. Those pages do not get a logo, an accent color, or an added header or footer.

Phrase pickers

Report text fields have phrase pickers. Tap one to insert a saved phrase for that field. If you type your own wording first and then add it, that wording is saved to that field’s list on the device and is still there the next time you open the app.

Drawing

• Freehand ink for the structure graph
• Findings pins on the structure. Pins are part of the graph stamped on the form
• An assist grid to help line up the drawing. The grid is a drawing aid only. It is not stamped on the report
• The eraser does not erase the grid

Photos

Each photo slot can open the camera or the gallery. A job holds up to 24 photos. Filled photos appear on photo pages after the official form.

Signatures

• The inspector signs on the profile. That signature is reused on reports from this device
• The purchaser signs on the job

Stamp color

Stamped text and X marks use a color chosen on the device: red, blue, black, or green. A new install starts on blue. Signature images and the graph are not recolored.

PDF and share

Generate the report as a PDF on the device. Open it in the device viewer, go back and edit, and generate again. Share the file through the device share sheet. The app does not send mail on its own.

Address search

Address search is optional. When the device is online, a suggestion can fill the street, city, and ZIP. Typing an address still works offline, and search is not required to save a job.

On the device

Reports are stored only on the device. There are no accounts and no cloud sync. You can finish a report and generate the PDF with no network. Sharing the file uses the device share sheet.
